To view the specific vouchers for each customer on their contact profile, follow the steps below:
Click SCV, then click Search Contact.
Search for the contact, then click the Edit
icon.
Click the Vouchers tab.
To filter your view, select the Active or Not Active statuses.
To have a table view, click the table
icon.
To open a voucher, click the edit
icon from the relevant offer.
You can view the:Description: The offer's description.
Customer name.
Voucher value.
Product key.
Issued on.
Valid from, valid to.
Schedule.
Terms and conditions, and comments.
You can redeem the voucher if it's still not expired:
Select the Location.
Precise the Redemption Amount.
Precise the Spent Amount.
Click Redeem.
