View your transactions data

You can view your transactions data, if provided by the relevant third party, and create customers segments based on the desired transactions information.

To view your transaction data, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Single Customer View module, then click Contact Segmentation.

  2. From the Data Tree nodes list, click the arrow expand icon.png to expand the nodes under Transaction values.

  3. Drag and drop the Transactions (Wizard).

  4. Select the relevant criteria:

    • Order Date: the transaction date.

    • Paid Amount: the paid amount by customers.

    • Source: the list of the transaction data sources.

      • The source can be your reservations or your transactions third party.

    • Location: the list of sites added to your Acteol system.

    • Order Status: Includes the used statuses:

      • Paid (the frequently used status).

      • Cancelled.

      • Invoiced.

      • Incomplete.

      • Refunded.

      • Partially Paid.

    • Order Type:

      • Deposit.

      • InStore.

      • PreOrder.

    • Count of Interactions: Specify the frequency to apply to all the chosen criteria.

  5. Click Next.
