To view the website tracking data from the data tree, make selections, and do some segmentation, follow the steps below:
Click Single Customer View, then click Contact Segmentation.
Expand the Website Tracking node by clicking the arrow
icon.
Segment customers who interacted with your categories
To segment the customers who interacted with your categories, follow the steps below:
Expand the Categories node.
Drag and drop the relevant category.
These are the category reports youβve created on the web tracking module.
Anyone who visited one of the links you've added to that category is included.
View website visits based on device information
To see who visited the website based on the device information, follow the steps below:βββββββ
Expand the Devices node.
Select either Single device or multi-device.
Add customer segment fields based on website tracking information
To get additional fields to segment your customers based on the website tracking information, follow the steps below:βββββββ
Drag and drop the Website Tracking wizard.
You can include:
Page Name.
Category.
Click Date: the time the user clicked.
UTM codes based fields:
UTM Source.
UTM Medium.
UTM Campaign.
UTM Keyword.
UTM Content.
UTM Term.
Count of Interactions: how many times they clicked.
