Segment contacts based on vouchers redemption information

You can segment customers by voucher redemption behaviour to help deliver more relevant marketing campaigns. By identifying who redeemed a voucher and who didn’t, you can tailor your offers and campaigns accordingly.

To segment contacts based on the vouchers' information they were offered, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Single Customer View module, then click Contact Segmentation.

  2. Expand the Vouchers node, then expand the Categories node.

  3. Expand the node for the relevant voucher category, then the relevant offer.

  4. To obtain the contacts who:

    • Redeemed the voucher offer, drag the node Voucher Redeemed.

    • Didn't redeem the voucher offer, drag the node Voucher Not Redeemed.
