To use the AI-powered segmentation, follow the steps below:

  1. From the modules menu , click the Single Customer View (SCV) icon.

  2. Open the New Contact Segmentation.

  3. Create the customers selection by dragging and dropping the criteria.

  4. Click Generate Description icon.

  5. In the Selection Summary, you'll find the description to help you understand your selection, and flag if anything is missing or wrong.

  6. You can interact with the AI directly to describe the audience you want, and the AI will provide a step by step instruction to build the correct logic.
