To view the opt-in by source insights, follow the steps below:
From the Modules Menu
,click Insights, then click Optin By Source.Optin By Source: You can see the number of contacts based on the source they entered in the DB from. The table shows the:
Source: the source of the contacts creation.
Contacts: the total number of contacts.
Optin Source Count: the total number of opted-in contacts.
Opted in: The opt-in as a percentage.
Changing filters
To change the month, click the Filter
icon and select the relevant month, then click Search.To change the filter and sort options, click the three-dot menu
icon, then:Sort by ascending or descending.
Select which columns to display.
Lock the column in place, or unlock it.
To change a column's position, you can click and drag unlocked columns.
To export the data to Excel, click the burger menu
icon, then select Excel Export.
