Add a new campaign category

Create a new campaign category, or review your existing ones that you can use in your campaigns.

Campaign categories are used during your campaign creation as a mandatory step to help you track your campaigns that are assigned to the same categories.

To add a new campaign category to use in your campaigns, follow the steps below:

  1. From the lower section of your Acteol CRM modules menu panel, click the Settings icon.

  2. Click Campaigns Management.

  3. Select Category Management, then click New Category.

  4. Specify the new campaign category details:

    • Choose a title for the category.

    • Choose a description.

  5. Click Submit.
