To share all of your campaigns with your colleagues, follow the steps below:
From the lower section of your Acteol CRM modules menu panel, click your username icon.
Click My Account.
📌Note: If the modules menu panel is open, by your username click the open user menu icon instead of directly clicking your username icon.
Click Communication, then in Share your Campaigns with, type and select:
Your colleague's username.
Select all your colleagues at once:
Select the primary users group: named after your instance name.
Select the super users group: named Super User.
Click Save preferences.
