User not able to create campaigns

If one of your team members isn't able to create campaigns, and is receiving this message "You do not appear to be fully set up to send communications.", there are some points to check before raising a support ticket for the matter.

If one of your team members isn't able to create campaigns, you can check the below before raising a support ticket:

  1. Click your profile picture username.png, then click Settings.

  2. Click Acteol SE Setup, then go to Users.

  3. By the relevant user, click the edit edit icon.png icon.

  4. On Locations, make sure that the user is having the All Locations option selected, or the relevant locations.

  5. If no locations are selected, add the relevant ones, then click update.

  6. Make sure that the user refreshes or clears the cache of their browser.

If this doesn't solve the issue, a support ticket has to be raised to Acteol Support. The user name has to be provided.
