If one of your team members isn't able to create campaigns, you can check the below before raising a support ticket:
Click your profile picture
, then click Settings.
Click Acteol SE Setup, then go to Users.
By the relevant user, click the edit
icon.
On Locations, make sure that the user is having the All Locations option selected, or the relevant locations.
If no locations are selected, add the relevant ones, then click update.
Make sure that the user refreshes or clears the cache of their browser.
If this doesn't solve the issue, a support ticket has to be raised to Acteol Support. The user name has to be provided.
