To create a new user, please follow the steps below:
Connect to your Acteol SE, then from the home page, click your username
icon.Go to Acteol SE Setup page and click Users.
Click Add, then enter the new user details.
From the locations drop-down, select All locations or only the locations this user is meant to have access to.
Click Add.
β οΈImportant: By default when a new user is created, the user will be set as super user. If you wish to upgrade their access rights to be a primary user, please reach out to the support team.
Now, the new users are able to log in to Acteol SE from Access Workspace portal successfully.
