Add a reply-to email address in your campaign for your customers responses
To allow your customers to reply directly to your campaigns by adding a reply-to email address to your campaign design, follow the below steps:
From your campaign design, drag and drop a Button block.
π Note: You can add this for normal text or images too, if needed.
Once added, click on the button.
From the newly opened window, click the Add a link icon.
On the URL box, click the arrow icon next to https:// and select mailto: option.
Write the email address, then click Apply.
π€Tip: To verify that the update is done, from the email's design, hover over the button, youβll see that it now contains a mailto: link using the email address youβve added mailto:[email protected]
When customers click the button, a new email window will open with your specified address pre-filled, allowing them to contact you directly.
Preset the subject line and body text when using a mailto link
After setting up your button with the mailto: option, you can add parameters to pre-fill the email. Here's how the mailto link would look:
mailto:[email protected]?subject=Your Subject Here&body=Your message here
Add the preset parameters in the email address field, format it like this:
β[email protected]?subject=Your Subject Here&body=Your message hereClick Apply to save your settings.
Click Send Test
icon to send a test to your email to double check that all is set up correctly.
