To allow your customers to reply directly to your campaigns by adding a reply-to email address to your campaign design, follow the below steps:
From your campaign design, drag and drop a Button block.
📌 Note: You can add this for normal text or images too, if needed.
Once added, click on the button.
From the newly opened window, click the Add a link icon.
On the URL box, click the arrow icon next to https:// and select mailto: option.
Write the email address, then click Apply.
Now when you hover over the button, you’ll see that it now contains a mailto: link using the email address you’ve added. You can further customise the button’s appearance and continue editing your campaign design as needed. When customers click the button, a new email window will open with your specified address pre-filled, allowing them to contact you directly.
