To create a shared design panel that you can use across your campaign design, follow the steps below:
Open the Campaigns module, then click the Shared Sections
icon.Click New Shared Section.
Add the needed details:
Shared Section Name: To help identify your panel.
Templates: Only the templates you specify have this shared section.
Click Save.
View your shared section
From the shared section grid, you can:
Preview a shared section: Click the Preview
icon.Edit a shared section: Click the Edit Panel
icon.Make a shared section live: Click the Publish
icon.β οΈ Important: The panel isn't visible in the campaigns until you perform this action.
Delete a shared section: Click the Delete
icon.
β οΈWarning: Deleting a shared section removes it from all campaigns in which it's used.
Edit the settings of the panels: Click the Cog
icon.You can edit the shared section name.
You can reselect the templates in which you can use this panel.
To view the campaigns in which the shared section is used, click the arrow
icon, then click the Open Campaign
icon.
Shared section statuses
Below are the different statuses:
Draft: The shared section is still under construction.
Published: The shared section is ready for use.
Used: The shared section is used in certain campaigns.
Use your shared section
To use the shared section you've created, follow the steps below:
After setting up your campaign, from the Design step, click Sections.
From the Shared Sections
, drag and drop your shared section into your design.Click the Save
