You can view individual performance statistics for a published social post or campaign directly from the Social Campaign summary grid, giving you a quick read on how each post is performing on every channel it was published to.
Access insights for a specific post
To view the Insights window for a published post, follow the steps below:
From the modules menu panel, select Social Activity.
Click Social Campaign summary.
In the Actions column of the post's row, click the Insights
icon .
đNote: The Insights action is only enabled for posts with a published status. For unpublished, scheduled, or failed posts, the icon appears greyed out and isn't clickable.
Review the Insights window
Once you've opened the Insights window, you can switch between channel tabs to see how your post performed on each social media channel it was published to.
The modal window shows one tab per channel the post was published to:
Facebook
Instagram
X (previously Twitter)
TikTok
Only tabs for the channels the post actually used are active; channels not included in the post appear dimmed.
The first available channel tab is automatically selected when the window opens.
Click a channel tab to switch between channel statistics.
Understand the metrics shown per channel
Each channel tab shows a different set of metrics, reflecting what that network reports:
channel | Metrics shown |
| |
| |
X (Twitter) |
|
TikTok |
|
Read metric descriptions
To understand what a specific metric means, you can view a quick explanation without leaving the Insights window.
Click the info
icon on any KPI card to display a tooltip explaining what that metric means.Click the icon again, or click anywhere else, to dismiss the tooltip.
Understand the stories limitation
Insights aren't supported for stories, so keep this in mind when reviewing performance for posts published as stories.
If a post was published only as a Facebook or Instagram story, a "No Insights" message is shown instead, reading: "Insights are not supported in stories".
If a post targets both a feed and a story, the feed insights still display, and the story notice appears on the relevant Facebook or Instagram tab.
Troubleshoot common issues
If you run into an issue viewing insights, use the table below to identify the cause and what to do next.
Issue | What's happening |
Icon is greyed out | The post hasn't been published yet. Insights only exist for published posts. |
All values show 0 | The channel may not have returned metrics yet for a recently published post. |
