We're pleased to announce the 1.36 Acteol SE release, focusing on better insight into email content performance, more reliable social media publishing, and improvements to supplier management.
What's new
Campaigns
New Dynamic Panels tab in Email Performance Results
Email Performance Results now has a Dynamic Panels tab for emails that contain dynamic content. It shows how each content variation performed for each audience segment.
đ Note: The Dynamic Panels tab is currently available in the new Campaign module only. Contact your account manager if you need access.
Each Dynamic Panel in the email has its own section. Its table lists each variation (Selection) shown to each segment (Section), with a thumbnail and the Delivered, Viewed, Unique Viewed, Clicked and Unique Clicked counts.
The panel's Preview button opens all its variations together, each with its delivery, view and click stats. Export PDF exports the whole panel's previews.
The tab only appears for emails that contain dynamic content.
This shows you which content worked best with which segments, so you can make better choices in future campaigns.
Social Activity
Faster and more reliable publishing of scheduled social media posts
Scheduled social campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok are now published by a new publishing service. You create and schedule campaigns the same way as before.
Improved performance: posts are published to multiple pages at the same time, helping them go live closer to their scheduled time.
Improved reliability: posts are published once per page, with more accurate status reporting and more consistent processing.
Survey
"Redirect URL" now available for closed surveys
Customers can now be sent to a web page of your choice when they open a survey that has closed. In Survey Builder, go to Settings > Launch Survey and enter the address in the new optional "Redirect URL when closed" field, instead of Closure Message.
Bug fixes
Campaigns
Spelling of 'Groupe' on A/B split test tabs
On the Schedule and Send step of the new Campaign Builder, the A/B split test version tabs showed 'Groupe' in every language, such as 'Email Groupe 1'. They now read 'Group' in English. French still shows 'Groupe'.
UTM values with special characters in campaign links
Fixed an issue where Urchin Tracking Module (UTM) values containing '%', for example '40%OffFood', were saved incorrectly in campaign links. Part of the value was moved elsewhere in the link, which broke links such as My Preferences and Unsubscribe. This affected both the classic and new email editors.
UTM values with special characters (%, &, ', ?) now stay whole in the link and reach your analytics exactly as typed.
â ď¸ Important: Links saved before this fix still contain the broken value. Open each affected link in the link editor and save it again.
How to access this update
This version releases on Wednesday 11 November 2026. It updates automatically.
