Generate a voucher code manually

You can generate a voucher code manually for testing purposes, or to manually provide it to one of your customers.

To generate a voucher code manually, follow these steps:

  1. Click Vouchers, then click Offers.

  2. From the actions section, click the generate voucher

    icon.

  3. Add the needed information:

    1. Issue Reason: the reason for which you're generating the code.

    2. Link to Member:

      1. Click the find contact

        icon.

      2. Type in the customer details in the search contact box then click the search

        icon.

      3. By the relevant customer details, click the Add

        icon.

    3. Expiry Date: Click the date icon add an expiry date for the voucher code if applicable.

    4. Number of Vouchers: select the number of voucher codes you want to generate.

  4. Click Create Code(s).

  5. A pop-up with a voucher code will be displayed for you, which you can copy and use accordingly.
