You can search for a specific customer and view their details in your Acteol database via two methods:
Search for a contact via the home page from the contacts search shortcut
From the Seach bar near your username, start by searching for a customer using their name or email address, then press enter.
To view their details, click the edit
icon by the relevant customer.
Search for a contact via the contacts search area in the single customer view module
Click the Single Customer View
icon, then click Search Contact.
In the search area, add your customer details, then click the search
icon.
To view their details, click the edit
icon by the relevant customer.
