What's new?

Campaign module

Introducing the new Campaign Module (Beta version)

🤓Tip: Interested in early access? Reach out to the support team about becoming an early adopter.

  • The Campaign module has been rebuilt from the ground up into a single, uninterrupted flow. No full page reloads, no lost context.

  • New content blocks and row-level display options give you finer creative control over how your campaigns look.

  • Smart Check automatically reviews your campaign for accessibility and optimisation issues before you send, catching problems before they reach your customers.

  • Comment directly on a campaign within the approval workflow, keeping feedback and sign-off in one place.

⚠️Important: Your existing campaigns aren't affected; they'll continue to work normally.

Loyalty module

Introducing Loyalty for SE: a complete stamp-card loyalty program, self-serve from sign-up to reward. Now in Beta.

  • SE customers can now offer their own loyalty program end-to-end: customer sign-up via survey, digital wallet integration, stamp earning, and automatic voucher rewards, all built for SE.

  • Customers sign up through a survey form (QR code or link) and receive a membership number they can add straight to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

  • Stamps are earned automatically at the till or on a recorded visit, with the wallet updated in real time. Works with any EPOS system, or none, as it can rely on Evo App Quick Actions allowing staff to record stamps for customers.

  • Once a customer reaches the stamp threshold, a reward voucher is generated and issued automatically, and their stamp count resets to zero.

  • The whole program is configured through a guided setup wizard: welcome email, stamps per visit, reward threshold and message, then activation.

Voucher module

Offers with voucher limits can no longer be edited if they’re in an active campaign

  • We’ve introduced a safety catch to ensure that offers with a voucher generation limit can no longer be edited while they're being used in a campaign.

  • A pop-up now warns you which campaign(s) the offer is used in, so you can't accidentally make changes that would affect it mid-send.

Fixes in this release

Campaign module

Improved loading performance for email campaign reporting

Campaign performance reporting for email campaigns now loads faster, addressing cases where reports were taking longer than expected to display.
